Shipping and Returns
All orders ship from our distribution center in Grand Rapids, Michigan by UPS Ground or USPS. Most orders leave our facility in 3 to 7 days. Allow another 1-5 days for transit. For rush orders, please contact us.
Your credit card is not charged until shipment occurs. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you with estimated backorder time and give you the opportunity to cancel or wait.
We offer a 30 day return policy on all purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail us at info@flex-i-file.com. We will provide an authorization number and shipping instructions. We can not accept returns without a valid return authorization number. The customer is responsible for return freight charges.
